Chris Jurasek, CEO of EagleView, has been mesmerized by the possible uses of technology ever since seeing his first mainframe computer at the age of 12. Today, he leads EagleView’s global business and growth strategy, product innovation, and culture. He is driven by a desire to help customers find new ways to leverage technology to maximize ROI by transforming how their employees work and how they serve their customers. At EagleView, that means delivering breakthrough technology solutions that help customers keep people safe, productive, and prosperous.
Over the past six years Chris has served as an operating executive with Clearlake Capital, holding multiple President / CEO and board roles. Chris was President & CEO for Calero Software, creating a leader in the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) industry. As JetSmarter President, Chris transformed the way consumers buy private aviation. Earlier in his career, he held executive leadership roles at TE Connectivity, ADC Telecommunications, and Rexnord Corporation.
Chris holds a BSBA from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
Vice ChairmanView Bio
Rishi Daga, Vice Chairman of EagleView, is a born entrepreneur. A native of India, he ran his first steel factory at the age of 17. Rishi was one of EagleView’s first employees in 2008, and he has helped build the company from a small tech startup to a multibillion-dollar enterprise serving industries including government, insurance, construction, and energy as the CEO.
As Vice Chairman, Rishi is focused on leading EagleView’s growth and strategy by identifying customer needs, contributing to the product roadmap, and executing new product launch activities. He also has direct responsibility for the go-to-market organization. He is a passionate advocate for customers and works tirelessly to ensure they are set up for success across their aerial imagery, virtual inspection, and remote work efforts.
Prior to EagleView, Rishi held senior executive positions across companies in the U.S. and Asia including Webhelp, HyperQuality, and Reliance Industries. Rishi holds an MBA from Illinois Institute of Technology, Stuart School of Business.
Chief Technology OfficerView Bio
As the Chief Technology Officer at EagleView, Tripp Cox brings more than 20 years of experience at technology and professional service organizations, focused on business outcomes through increased product usability, data attribute development, and scaling engineering to meet product growth strategies. Prior to joining EagleView, Tripp served as EVP of Research & Development at Calero. He also worked as the top technology executive in multiple high-tech ventures, including Damballa, MindSpring, EarthLink, and Illuminate360.
Chief Operating OfficerView Bio
As Chief Operating Officer, Jay Martin oversees the organizations in EagleView that are responsible for the capture, production, and delivery of all products. Prior to joining EagleView, Jay was the Chief Operating Officer at Aquasana, Inc., which was purchased in August of 2016 by A.O. Smith Corporation. He also previously served as vice president at SunGard Availability Services, a leading provider of replication and cloud computing technology. Earlier in his career, Jay was an executive with Dell, Inc., where he served in various leadership roles. Jay is a graduate of Georgetown University and the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Chief Financial OfficerView Bio
Ryan joins EagleView from Atlas Corp. (NYSE:ATCO), a $9 billion global asset management platform, where he was also the CFO. During his tenure at Atlas Corp., Ryan led $4 billion+ of capital market issuances, while allocating $3 billion+ of capital into external acquisitions. Prior to joining Atlas/Seaspan, Ryan worked in a variety of investing roles including public and private equity. Ryan graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, where he serves as a visiting professor.

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Ruby is responsible for all human capital initiatives, including diversity and inclusion, talent management, organizational design, total rewards, and strategic corporate initiatives. She is dedicated to creating a company culture where top talent is empowered and inspired to do the best work of their lives. Before EagleView, Ruby held positions at RealNetworks, Weyerhaeuser, Federated Logistics, and Comcast Cable. Ruby holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University as well as an MS in Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
